By using the site, its calculator, its briefs or its AI advisor, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

This site is built for commercial users: developers, EPC contractors, investors, asset owners and their advisers, primarily in Romania and Bulgaria. It is not a consumer service, and nothing here is an offer to consumers.

If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

The yield and storage calculator, the briefs, the articles and any number produced by the AI advisor are indicative. They are generated from generic assumptions and from whatever you type in. They are not a design, not a feasibility study, not a grid study, not a valuation and not investment advice.

Real projects depend on the site, the metering point, the connection permit, the tariff in force, the equipment actually procured and the results of measurement. Do not use a number from this site as the basis for an investment decision, a bid, a financing application or a submission to an authority. Commission proper engineering work first \u2014 that is what we do.

The advisor on this site is an automated system built on a large language model. You are interacting with software, not with a person. This disclosure is made under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act.

Automated answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, particularly on regulation, which changes. Anything that matters should be confirmed with us directly before you rely on it. Some illustrations on this site are also machine-generated.

The text, articles, briefs, calculator logic, layouts and code on this site belong to STG Nations. You may read them, quote short passages with attribution and a link, and share the pages. You may not republish substantial parts, resell them, or use them to train a model, without written permission.

Parameters and project figures you enter remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.

Do not:

• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others;
• manipulate the AI advisor into producing content unrelated to our work;
• submit anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.

We may restrict or withdraw access where use of the site is abusive, automated at scale, or creates a security risk.

Nothing on this site creates an engineering engagement. Scope, deliverables, standards, acceptance, fees, professional liability, insurance and confidentiality are agreed in a written engagement agreement signed before work begins.

Where these terms and a signed engagement agreement differ, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

The site and its tools are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular project, and regulation in Romania and Bulgaria changes faster than any website.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of contract, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on figures produced by it. Liability for professional work is dealt with in the engagement agreement for that work. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including the calculator and the advisor, without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. The site uses no analytics cookies and no tracking.

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Any dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

This clause concerns the site. Governing law and jurisdiction for project work are set in the engagement agreement for that project and may differ.

We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
