01Acceptance of Framework & B2B Scope

By accessing the digital ecosystem, tools, simulators, or engineering briefs hosted at stg-nations.com (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Corporate Capacity: This Platform is built exclusively for commercial entities, prospective energy project developers, and B2B industrial infrastructure buyers. It is not intended for retail consumers.
Geographical Interface: If you operate from or target an EU Member State (specifically Germany, France, or Romania), you acknowledge compliance with localized grid connection standards and environmental real estate directives.

02Intellectual Property & The AI Act Disclosure

All codebases, design tokens, interactive Tailwind UI configurations, custom layout code (such as the BESS Yield Calculator), and textual market analysis are the proprietary intellectual property of STG Nations.

Article 50 Transparency Mandate (EU AI Act)

To ensure absolute compliance with the European Union AI Act, STG Nations explicitly discloses that specific analytics, video scripts, visual renderings, and localized automated telemetry models featured on this platform utilize advanced machine-learning structures. 03Engineering Simulator Disclaimer & No-Liability Clause

The STG Nations BESS Yield Calculator and associated sector tools simulate electrical and financial projections based on localized market indexes (including historical Eurostat price waves and network balancing penalties over €12,000/MWh).

Not Financial Advice: All calculation exports are mathematical simulations designed strictly for preliminary planning. They do not constitute a formal engineering quote or an unconditional guarantee of utility savings.
No Warranty: STG Nations provides all code tools "as is." We assume zero liability for discrepancies caused by fluctuating local utility rates, national grid capacity adjustments, or individual facility load changes. Final hardware configurations require a signed, custom physical single-line diagram audit.

06Governing Law & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from your interaction with the Platform shall be resolved under unified European commercial arbitration guidelines. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached between corporate parties, exclusive jurisdiction shall be handed over to the commercial court system closest to the registered base of our current regional European project venture.
