We do not sign construction drawings in Romania. Design work requiring a local stamp is peer-reviewed and sealed by a locally attested design office — the engineering is ours, the signature is theirs.
We do not sell equipment. We hold no project positions and take no vendor commissions. We represent the owner.
We do not issue lender-facing due diligence until professional indemnity cover is in place in the relevant jurisdiction. Until then we deliver pre-submission review, which is what most projects need first.
